1 范围

本标准规定了船用安全救生操作指示图(以下简称操作指示图)的分类和标记、图案、要求、试验方

法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于操作指示图的设计、制造及验收。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文

件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

操作指示图 indicating poster

以图形为主要特征,信息传递不依赖于语言的符号介质。

4 分类和标记

4.1 分类

操作指示图按安装方式分为:

a) A 型——可粘贴型操作指示图;

b) B 型——非粘贴型操作指示图。

4.2 标记示例

可粘贴型操作指示图标记为:

5 图案

操作指示图按照IMO 要求,由图案和文字组成,参见附录 A。

6 要求

6.1 材料及外观

6.1.1
操作指示图应采用坚固耐用和无毒、无害、无放射性的材料制作,不应使用遇水变形、变质或易
燃的材料。有触电危险的作业场所应使用绝缘材料。

6.1.2
操作指示图应图形清楚,表面光滑、平整,无气泡,无毛刺、孔洞和影响使用的任何缺陷。

6.2 尺寸公差

操作指示图的尺寸公差为±2 mm。

6.3 色度

操作指示图颜色的色品坐标和亮度系数应符合GB 2893—2008 中表2的规定。

6.4 粘结强度

可粘贴型操作指示图在粘贴5 min 后的剥离长度应不大于20 mm。

6.5 涂层附着力

操作指示图表面涂层附着力不应低于GB1720—1979 中规定的4级。

6.6 耐晒牢度

操作指示图应耐日晒,不易褪色,耐晒色牢度应符合 GB730—2008
的规定,室内用应不低于4级;

室外用应不低于6级。

7 试验方法

7.1 材料及外观

用检查材质证书和目视的方法检查操作指示图的材料和外观。结果应符合6.1的要求。

7.2 尺寸公差

用最小分度值不大于1 mm
的常规量具测量操作指示图的尺寸,取3个位置的测量值并计算平均

值及尺寸公差。结果应符合6.2的要求。

7.3 色度

按照GB/T 3978—2008规定的方法,采用照明体 A
光源,视场角0.1°及观测角0.2°的照明观测角

条件,直接测得各种颜色的色品坐标。结果应符合6.3的要求。

7.4 粘结强度

取尺寸为150 mm×25mm 的可粘贴型操作指示图试样,从一端撕去100 mm
长的防粘纸,粘贴在

厚度为2 mm 的铝板上。在标准测试条件下放置24 h
后,把试样水平悬挂,如图1所示,在试样的自由 端上,使用夹具悬挂一重0.8kg
重物(包括夹具的重量),使其与试样板面成90°角下垂。5 min 后,测出

试样被剥离的长度。结果应符合6.4的要求。

1 操作指示图的粘结强度性能试验

7.5 涂层附着力

按照GB1720—1979 规定的方法检验涂层附着力。结果应符合6.5的要求。

7.6 耐晒牢度

按照GB/T 8427—2008 规定的方法检验颜色耐晒牢度。结果应符合6.6的要求。

8 检验规则

8.1 检验分类

操作指示图的检验分为型式检验和出厂检验。

8.2 型式检验

8.2.1 操作指示图有下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验:

a) 新产品鉴定(定型);

b) 结构、材料、工艺等有重大变动,足以影响产品性能或质量;

c) 批量生产后每隔4 a;

d) 产品停产2 a 以上恢复生产;

e) 主管检查机构有要求。

8.2.2 操作指示图型式检验的项目及顺序见表1。

按各试验的要求随机抽取试样。若全部检验项目均符合要求,判定操作指示图型式检验合格。
若有某一项目不符合要求,可加倍取样复验,若复验符合要求,则仍判定操作指示图型式检验合格;若复

验中仍有不符合要求的项目,则判定操作指示图型式检验不合格。

8.3 出厂检验

8.3.1 操作指示图出厂检验的项目和顺序见表1。

8.3.2
操作指示图的出厂检验为逐一检验。若全部检验项目符合要求,判定该操作指示图出厂检验合
格。若有任一项目检验不符合要求,则判定该操作指示图出厂检验不合格。

9 标志、包装、运输及贮存

9.1 标志

经检验合格的操作指示图上应有下列经久性标志:

a) 制造厂名称、厂址;

b) 名称和产品型号;

c) 产品幅宽、数量;

d) 制造日期;

e) 出厂批号;

f) 合格标识;

g) 贮存有效期;

h) 符合GB/T191 规定的“怕雨”、"防压"标志。

9.2 包装、运输

操作指示图应防止受雨雪影响,外包装为纸箱。在运输途中应小心轻放,防止雨淋、防止重压造成

损坏。

9.3 贮存

操作指示图应存放在无腐蚀性气体、通风良好、干燥的室内。操作指示图存放时应不受挤压。
